Tomato Soup Ingredients

First of all, collect the ingredient before cooking. The list is given below.

Ingredients - Chopped Tomato (1/2 kg), Chopped Onion (1 piece), Chopped Beet (50gm), Garlic (3 Kali), Black Pepper (1 spoon), Cinnamon (1 Piece), Cloves (2 piece), Green Cardamom (2 piece), Butter (2 spoon), Oil (1 spoon), Water (2 cup), Milk (1/2 cup), Salt (according to test).

How To Prepare Homemade Tomato Soup

Let’s start to prepare soup in 41 minutes. First of all hot the pan and now add butter and oil. Now add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. 

Then add garlic and onion and fry it till golden color. Take the chopped tomato and add with these ingredients and cooked till peels separate.

Now the whole ingredient keeps in the pressure cooker. Add beet, salt, and water with the ingredient. 

Now start cocking and wait for 3 to 4 whistle. Don’t open the cooker directly, just release the all pressure by slightly uplift the whistle.

Then keep all ingredient in a grinder and prepare a puree, and separate the liquid part.

At last - Keep this soup in suspense and add milk. Now cook it 2 to 3 minutes in low flame. Then serve the hot soup.
